As a long-term family caregiver, Viviana witnesses firsthand how environments shape emotional safety, memory, and behavior, particularly in moments of vulnerability. She see how subtle sensory cues could calm or agitate, orient or disorient, support dignity.
Or quietly undermine it.
These observations are not abstract. They unfold daily inside real care environments, with real human stakes.
Before founding Scentvironment, Viviana built a career in high-stakes communication and systems thinking — environments where clarity, trust, and responsibility matter.
